Welcome to CSI KOLKATA
The CSI Kolkata Chapter is functioning from 1965. CSI Kolkata Chapter is one of the oldest chapters of CSI in India. The Kolkata Chapter has more than 1000 Members in the Eastern R egion . The Chapter has been regularly organizing workshops , Technical Lectures and seminars on current topics in Computer Science and Information Technology. Our goal is to facilitate Knowledge sharing among IT practitioners and researchers and to nurture students of this field and new entrants in the area of Computer Science.

Project Based Summer Training
The Computer Society of India (CSI) Kolkata Chapter will be organizing Project based Summer Training for the students of Engineering (B. Tech), BCA and MCA courses in June – July 2012. The abstract of the project plan is given below

Terms and conditions:
- There will be no classes on Public Holidays/ CSI Chapter Holidays.
- The class schedules (timing/ day) may be changed due to unavoidable circumstance.
- The payment should be made by Cheque / DD in favour of “Computer Society of India, Kolkata Chapter” or by Cash. The payment should be made four weeks in advance from the date of starting the program.
- Any change in respect of Terms & Conditions and of training programe may not be entertained after commencement of the project.
